        Today we found the claw  that we are going to use, we first started using the regular claw arms in the green bucket. Then, we found out that it didn't work the way we wanted it to so we're going to keep on looking for ideas that will work. And in Solidworks all the shaft collar files couldn't be found so we have to re mate them all over again.

Week 8 Engineering notebook 10/17/18 Today we are trying to finish up on our crane arm and in Solidworks we added the chassis body for the crane arm using 2x2x20 rails and standoffs. Also we put all the bearing flats for the motors on the standing c channels.

    Week 6 Engineering notebook                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           9/27/18                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            In Solidworks we are almost done with making chassis and all that's left to do is to put the shaft collars on the shafts and to center the cortex between the two 2x1x35 rails. We also have ideas to build to crane arm chassis.
